It’s that time of year again–time to create and turn in your Homeschool Portfolio. For many parents this is a time of stress and frantic searching for all of those homeschool documents, pictures and moments that define the school year. For others it is a time of reflection and enjoyment as they page through their already full portfolio and remember the good and the bad.

One of the biggest concerns I hear from potential homeschoolers is the concern about their child’s future.
Because I work with so many homeschooling families, I have trouble understanding this concern. The homeschoolers I know are confident, successful, and outgoing. They conduct themselves with dignity and are able to handle conversations with individuals from all different age groups and walks of life.
