What will we teach? Probably not much from books, but we hope to see them learn a lot about the Oregon Trail, the western expansion, the “Wild West,” key figures in history and a lot of science.
Although I am one who always likes to add the creative to homeschooling programs, this will be the first time we have completely strayed away from textbooks and I look forward to sharing the experience with you.
So check back over the next month and I will keep you posted on what we are learning.
